Description
This vintage 1869 Union Pacific Platte Valley Route train station poster was re-worked to give this a vintage painterly feel. The original poster had much more writing as to train schedules, departures, etc. The date on the poster is the date the Golden Spike was driven at Promontory, UT. I wanted to focus in on the mule elk and the main details of the poster. The original poster is on display at the Ellis County Railroad Museum
